Korean MoEL Publishes New Chemicals Registered and Assessed in 2023 Q1

The MoEL and the NIER periodically publish the list of registered new chemical substances under K-OSHA and K-REACH respectively.

By MoEL Announcement No. 2023-192, South Korea’s Ministry of Employment and Labor (MoEL) released the list of registered and assessed new chemical substances in 2023 Q1 under K-OSHA. It contains the corresponding information, including chemical name, hazards, annual quantity, precautionary measures that must be taken to guarantee workers’ health, etc. Details can be accessed here.
