New Zealand Opens Consultation to Restrict Three POPs: Chlorpyrifos, MCCPs and LC‑PFCAs

On 16 March 2026, the New Zealand Environmental Protection Authority (EPA) opened a public consultation on a proposal to restrict three persistent organic pollutants (POPs), following their listing under the Stockholm Convention in May 2025.
