The Act on Registration and Evaluation, etc. of Chemical Substances (a.k.a “K-REACH”) came into force on 1 Jan 2015 and was revised on 27 Jan 2016. The updates to Article 19 Paragraph ③, Article 42-2, Article 47, Article 48 and Article 48-2 shall be effective one year later on 28 Jan 2017.
