Thailand Amends List of Hazardous Substances

On Dec 14^th 2016, Thailand Ministry of Industry (MOI) issued a notice (B.E. 2559), making some changes to the List of Hazardous Substances under the Hazardous Substances Control Act (HSCA). With these changes made, the current List of Hazardous Substances has already been revised 2 times and is in its 3rd edition. (Click here to see the changes made in 2015 and 2^nd edition of the List)
