Vietnam Consults on New Draft Circular for Law on Chemicals Implementation

Vietnam is consulting on another accompanying implementation circular for its new Law on Chemicals, which further details the formats and procedures for chemical management.

On November 5, 2025, Vietnamese Ministry of Industry and Trade (MOIT) released a Draft Circular ../2025/TT-BCT Detailing and Guiding the Implementation of a Number of Articles of the Law on Chemicals Regarding Chemical Management throughout the Life Cycle and Chemical Management in Products. This draft is currently under public consultation until November 30, 2025.
