On July 20, 2026, the Vietnamese Ministry of Construction (MOC) released a draft Circular XX/2026/TT-BXD promulgating the National Technical Regulation on Products, Goods of Building Materials (QCVN XX:202X/BXD), which is set to officially replace Circular No. 04/2023/TT-BXD and QCVN 16:2023/BXD.
