On June 30, 2026, Vietnam's Ministry of Industry and Trade (MOIT) issued Circular No. 33/2026/TT-BCT establishing updated lists of medium-risk and high-risk products and goods under the Ministry's state management. It shall replace Circular No. 41/2023/TT-BCT and takes effect from July 1, 2026.
