South Korea’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) under the Ministry of Employment and Labor (MOEL) announced on Nov 4th, 2019 the opening of an investigation into downstream links of new chemicals registered under the Occupational Safety and Health Act (K-OSHA).
