Stakeholders are urged to actively participate in annual reporting under Korea REACH. The submission deadline for the first annual report is 30 Jun 2016.
Applicable scope:
New chemical substances, regardless of volume; or
Existing chemical substances at 1 ton or more in the previous year (Jan 1-Dec 31)
Manufacturers, importers and sellers of the above mentioned substances should report annually. Overseas manufacturers can appoint an OR to proceed with annual reporting on their behalf or they can request the importer to provide a log-in ID for direct submission of some designated information of CBI concern without disclosure.

Log on to IT system (http://kreach.me.go.kr) and submit required information

Punishment:
Failing to submit the annual report or reporting false information shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than 3 years or by a fine not exceeding 50 million won.
