China Requires Certificate Holders of New Chemical Substances to Submit Annual Reports
Dec 25, 2018
China SCC issued a notice to remind enterprise of the deadline for submission of annual reports of new chemical substances. Failure to submit the annual report is subject to a fine up to RMB 10,000.

China Adds 45 Substances to Existing Chemical Inventory

45 chemical substances previously finished China’s new chemical notification were supplemented to IECSC. They will be regulated as existing chemical substances and there will be no tonnage limit. More and more new chemical substances qualified are waiting to be listed into IECSC.

Mandatory classification and labelling elements of the eight toxic substances are proposed for public comments.
