According to Article 10 of the Measures for the Safety Administration of Road Transport of Dangerous Goods, the consignor shall make sure the class and division, product name and identification number of the dangerous goods per the Regulations concerning Road Transportation of Dangerous Goods (JT/T 617) and abide by relevant special provisions.

China Revises Provisions on the Administration of the Road Transport of Dangerous Goods

On December 24, 2019, the Chinese Ministry of Transport (MOT) published a notice [1], announcing revisions to 13 ministerial orders and documents. One of them is the Provisions on the Administration of the Road Transport of Dangerous Goods [2], which was initially issued in 2013 and revised once in 2016.

China MOT: Endeavors towards Safer and Better-regulated Road Transport of Dangerous Goods
