On the 7th of Feb, China MEP issued on its website the 2nd batch of China new chemical substance notifications (China NCSN, a.k.a China REACH) to be approved in 2014. If no dissenting opinions are raised until 10 Feb, the registration certificates will be formally issued for five new chemical substances, of which one is hazardous and the other four are hazardous of priority environmental concern.
Apart from the five new chemical substance notifications, China MEP is also consulting on modification of the certificate holder’s name on one registration certificate and also for two cases involving the modification of registered tonnage band.
