China MEM to Designate 5 New Hazardous Substances

If adopted, these five substances will be subject to obligations under Decree No. 591.

The Ministry of Emergency Management (MEM) is currently conducting an internal discussion on the proposal to add 5 chemical substances to the China Catalogue of Hazardous Chemicals.
