On 14 Feb, China MEP issued the first batch of China new chemical substance notifications (China NCSN, a.k.a China REACH) to be approved in 2016 for public consultation. If no dissenting opinions are raised until 16 Feb, certificates will be formally issued for 10notifications (Table 1).
Apart from the new chemical substance notifications, China MEP also consults on the modification of notified amount on one registration certificate (Table 2). If no objections are submitted, the modification application will be approved. The detailed information is attached as below.
