China to Exempt Household Products and Medical Supplies from Hazchem Operation Permission

According to Measures for the Administration of Hazardous Chemicals Operation Permit¹ (hereinafter referred to as the Measures), enterprises that are engaged in business operation (including storage) of hazardous chemicals in China shall obtain a permit for the business operation of hazardous chemicals (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Operation Permit’).
