Main measures include strict source control, standardized process management, strengthened terminal governance, enhanced management measures, governance of household source VOCs, and construction of centralized plants for VOCs.
On January 22nd, 2021, the Zhongshan City Bureau of Ecology and Environment issued a notice to publish the Provisions on Environmental Management of Volatile Organic Compound Projects in Zhongshan City [1], which entered into effect immediately and would be valid for 5 years.
