The European Union has formally notified the World Trade Organization (WTO) of two draft Commission Regulations amending Annex XVII of Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 (EU REACH). The proposed regulation shall enter into force 20 days after its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
