On 30 Nov of 2014, the Korea Chemical Management Association (KCMA) published on its website templates for compilation of specific documents necessary for registration exemption application under K-REACH.
Under K-REACH, in addition to direct exemption conditions, there are some indirect exemption conditions. Under such conditions, the registrant should apply for registration exemption from the KCMA in advance of manufacture or import.
In addition to the application form (Appendix Form No.6 of K-REACH Enforcement Rules), a copy of documents specifying the necessary information required in K-REACH regulation should be submitted. In total eight indirect exemption conditions and the corresponding information requirements to be included in the additional document have been specified in ChemLinked Expert Article.
This time, the KCMA published three template documents applicable for four indirect exemption conditions. The details are specified as below.
