South Korea Consults on Hazard Evaluation Results for New Substances Registered under K-REACH

South Korea’s National Institute of Environmental Research (NIER) issued the NIER Notice No.2016-265 on 24 Aug 2016, soliciting public comments on

(1) List of registered new substances which pose a lower exposure risk and are not subject to special requirements (updated from 377 new substances to 649 new substances)

(2) Revision of hazard evaluation result of one new substance (given number as 2016-414) previously published 

(3) Publication of hazard evaluation results of 178 new substances (given number as 2016-418~2016-595) registered under K-REACH
