It is customary that listing of new chemical substances notified under TCCA (the predecessor of K-REACH) into the KECI is made 3 years after the notification. This batch of substances was notified under the Toxic Chemical Control Act (TCCA) during 1 Oct 2013 and 31 Dec 2013. They have previously undergone toxicity assessment and were designated as non-toxic.

If you have any comments on the substances, please contact MoE via

*The last updates to the KECI were made in Dec 2016 by MoE Announcement No. 2016-220 (CL news).
