Taiwan has issued an online platform for publication of the information regarding chemical substances registered without application for CBI protection. The layout of the platform is shown as below.

On Dec 7th 2015, information on the first batch of new chemical substances registered through the small quantity registration was incorporated into the platform. The most recent update was 16 Dec 2015, bringing the number of substances to 170, which are all registered through small quantity registration. So far the registration information of both simplified registration and standard registration haven’t been incorporated into the database.
Among the 170 substances, 28 substances are registered according to the transitional measure which stipulates that for new chemical substance manufactured or imported from 11 Dec 2014 until 31 Dec 2015 are subject to a one-year grace period after the small quantity registration is completed regardless of actual tonnage or usage. When the grace period expires, the new chemical substance should apply for relevant registration.
In addition to these 28 substances, the other 142 substances are registered according to the actual situations applicable to the small quantity registration. Details are specified as below:
