10 China new chemical substance notifications were published by China MEP for public consultation on 17 Sep 2013. The 10 notifications include 12 new chemical substances. Three of the new chemical substances are notified through one serial notification, and three are notified through joint notification separately. If no dissenting opinions are raised by 22 Sep 2013, the registration certificates will be issued to the corresponding notifiers. Most of the notifiers are foreign companies’ or their subsidiaries with banches in China.
Among the listed new chemical substances, 3 are notified as hazardous new chemical substance of priority environmental concern, 4 as hazardous new chemical substance and 5 as general new chemical substance. The detailed information of the 10 regular notifications is listed as follows.
