The 9th batch of regular notifications to be approved in 2013 under China New Chemical Substance Notification (China NCSN, a.k.a China REACH) was published by China MEP for public consultation on 18 Nov 2013. The 6 regular notifications include 7 new chemical substances, two of which are notified through one serial notification. If no dissenting opinions are raised by 20 Nov 2013, the registration certificates will be issued to the 6 companies.
Among the listed new chemical substances, 2 are notified as hazardous new chemical substance of priority environmental concern, 1 as a hazardous new chemical substance and 4 as general new chemical substances. The detailed information is attached as below.
