Six new chemical substances notified through regular notification under China New Chemical Substance Notification (China NCSN, a.k.a China REACH) were published by China MEP for public consultation on 9 Aug 2013. Among the six substances, two are notified through joint notification. If no dissenting opinions are raised from until 13 Aug 2013, the registration certificates will be issued to 8 companies.
The 7th batch of regular notifications to be approved in 2013 lists 6 new chemical substances, of which 1 is notified as hazardous new chemical substance of priority environmental concern, 4 as hazardous new chemical substance and 1 as general new chemical substance.
