China Requires 52 Enterprises to Submit New Chemical Annual Reports by October 31

On September 28, 2021, China Solid Waste and Chemicals Management Center (SCC) released a list of 52 enterprises^[1](involving 68 regular registration certificates) that failed to submit 2020 annual reports for their new hazardous substances with priority environmental concern registered under MEP Order No.7. Although the submission deadline was expired on April 30, SCC offers an extended period for relevant certificate holders to submit annual reports by October 31, 2021, otherwise they may face severe punishment.
