In addition, three PECs that previously finished LR election were deleted since the elected LR has opted out. The details are specified as below.
| CAS No. | Chemical Name | Election Date |
| 13780-06-8 | Calcium nitrite | 2016.12.2 |

| 121-44-8 | N,N-Diethylethanamine | 2016.1.6 |
The whole list of 323 PECs is accessible here. The last round of LR election has been reported by ChemLinked (CL news).
The first batch of 510 PECs was published in July 2015 and subject to a three year grace period for K-REACH joint registration obligations. So far 323 PECs have finished their LR election. For 140 PECs (click here to download the list) there is no consortium formed. The registration deadline of 30 Jun 2018 is approaching and the authority is urging enterprises to take LR responsibility as soon as possible.
In addition, 18 LRs have submitted a joint submission (lead) dossier to the NIER, of which 9 have been approved and obtained a registration No. The other 9 are still under review (see table below). Subsequently, other member registrants of the same substance should individually submit their registration dossier.
