On 15 April 2013, China MEP publishes the statistics of the 8th batch Scientific Research Record (SR Record) under China New Chemical Substance Notification (China REACH). In total 165 entries covering 343 substances have completed the obligation of scientific research record notification from January to March 2013, which means the follow-up import or manufacture of these new substances are approved in China at the annual tonnage below 0.1 t/y for the sole purpose of scientific research.
