South Korea Revises MSDS Standards to Redefine "Manufacture" (Updated on February 15, 2023)

The revised Standards clarified the definition of "manufacture", as well as the MSDS submission and CBI non-disclosure obligations concerning contract manufacturing.
Update: On February 15, 2023, the MoEL officially released the revised Standards for Classification and Labeling of Chemical Substances and Material Safety Data Sheet (MoEL Public Notice No. 2023-9). The updates proposed in Jaunary are adopted and take effect immediately.
