(Updated) Taiwan Removed 23 Designated Priority Management Chemicals and Re-categorizes Others under Regulations Governing Designating and Handling of Priority Management Chemicals

To align with the updates in the Regulation Governing Designating and Handling of Priority Management Chemicals, the previously designated chemicals are re-categorized, and 23 chemicals are removed.

Update: On April 1, 2022, Taiwan Ministry of Labor issued a document of frequently asked questions and answers regarding the notifications and reports of priority management chemicals under the Regulation Governing Designating and Handling of Priority Management Chemicals. It is a supporting document for the Regulation, which includes 27 questions. The original file can be accessed here
