With the Measures for the Environmental Management Registration of New Chemical Substances (a.k.a. MEE Order No. 12, hereinafter referred to as the Measures) in effect, the Solid Waste and Chemical Management Center of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment (SCC-MEE) has released a series of FAQs to help enterprises fulfill their obligations under the Measures. South Korea Consults on Revised K-REACH Enforcement Decree
South Korea’s Ministry of Environment (MoE) issued draft amendments to the Enforcement Decree of the Act on Registration and Evaluation, etc. of Chemical Substances (hereafter referred to as K-REACH Enforcement Decree) on June 3, 2021 by MoE Notice No.2021-420. The public consultation will end on July 3, 2021.
